I am an internationally recognised product leader, C-suite executive, corporate advisor,\u00a0 leadership mentor and public speaker. I specialize in providing interim product executive services and leadership coaching for technology companies of all sizes from startups to enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have strong user instincts and a deep understanding of technology,\u00a0 business dynamics and behavioural psychology. I help companies define product strategies, set up world-class product teams from the ground up and establish effective product discovery & delivery processes.\u00a0<\/span>I drive strategic alignment conversations and alongside founders and exec teams, I build a vision and an inspiring story, and translate it into actionable direction for product and tech teams.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

I have 15 years of business and product experience in startups, scaleups and large corporations. In my previous roles I have led the product & design teams at Aircall through extensive growth from series B to unicorn status and defined the strategy of Signaturit group as the global CPO in a context of multiple M&As.<\/span><\/p>\n
